Jackie Oña Cascarano
Jackie is the Founder of Juno Women’s Collective. She is an Executive Career Coach, entrepreneur, and attorney. She brings a wealth of experience from the start-up world, academia, and as an accomplished career counselor.
Jackie has cherished the uniquely distinct seasons of her life and has had a robust and winding career path in which she has practiced law, advised future attorneys at two top-ranked law schools, and guided college applicants through the admissions process. Her coaching practice is focused on transformative mindset shifts that lead to vocational fulfillment and success. Jackie has dedicated her professional life to inspiring women to lead lives of meaning and purpose through their professional endeavors.
Jackie founded Juno Women’s Collective in response to her own experience navigating a career transition, wherein she sought connection and support as she explored her next season. Jackie is a proud graduate of the University of Michigan Law School and the University of Pennsylvania, where she holds a B.A. in History and Political Science as well as a certificate in the Foundations of Positive Psychology. Tarala Quinn Rybacki
Tarala is thrilled to serve as the Director of Membership for Juno Women’s Collective. She is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in operations, marketing, and non-profit fundraising and management. Tarala has a proven track record of optimizing operations, enhancing organizational efficiency, and driving growth in both for-profit and non-profit sectors.
Tarala began her career in Italy pioneering a student organization at the Univeritá di Firenze, and went on to pursue non-profit fundraising, marketing, and event management. Most recently, she helped to run and sell a family business, and oversee operations for an interior design firm. In addition to her professional work, Tarala has dedicated herself to volunteering in leadership positions, particularly in her children’s schools and supporting underserved communities. Her passion for helping others has driven her commitment to make a positive impact wherever she serves.
Tarala graduated from Southern Methodist University with a B.A. in Psychology and Religious Studies, including studying abroad on Semester at Sea through the University of Pittsburgh, and holds a certificate in Conference and Meeting Management from the University of Georgia.
