Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Juno Women’s Collective, LLC (hereinafter, “Juno”), a network of small, in-person groups that help women connect and gain clarity on their next professional chapter.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Membership in Juno, in any capacity, implies agreement to these Terms of Service, including our Privacy Policy.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and identify as a woman to join Juno. By applying for membership in the network, you confirm that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

4. Membership Information

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when applying for membership or provide a service. Juno reserves the right to suspend or terminate any members or vendors who violate these terms.

5. Code of Conduct

  • Respectful Behavior: Members must treat others with respect and professionalism.

  • Harassment: Harassment or discrimination based on gender, race, religion, or any other protected class will not be tolerated.

  • Compliance with Laws: Members must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Privacy

  • Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information.

  • By joining Juno, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. 

7. Intellectual Property

  • Juno retains all rights, title, and interest in and to its intellectual property.

  • Juno members must respect the intellectual property rights of others.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Juno is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from member behavior, member events, or member communications. 

  • Our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to these terms is limited to the amount paid, if any, to Juno during the preceding 12 months.

9. Modifications

  • Juno reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time.

  • Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the network after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Tennessee.

  • Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tennessee, and will be subject to arbitration. 

11. Refunds

Members are eligible for a full refund should they wish to cancel their membership within 30 days of their first Juno Circle (Launch) Meeting. Members must contact a Juno team member in writing in order to process the refund.
