Kalee Smyth

Kalee is delighted to serve as the Director of Membership for Juno Women’s Collective. She brings a thoughtful, people-centered background shaped by experience in corporate operations, client services, and communications, as well as hands-on work supporting families in their homes. Kalee is known for her ability to build strong relationships, create systems that foster ease and efficiency, and cultivate a genuine sense of connection and belonging.

Kalee began her corporate career in Nashville as a research analyst for a leading risk management company, eventually moving into more client-driven roles such as account specialist and public and investor relations, before spending three years supporting an event production team at a luxury hotel in San Francisco. After becoming certified to teach ESL, she spent a semester teaching English in Buenos Aires, an experience that prompted meaningful reflection on her next professional steps.

Kalee’s natural enthusiasm for working with children led her to leave the corporate sector and build a fulfilling and unexpected career in the domestic field, supporting families through childcare, in-home teaching, and household management. This work ultimately inspired her entrepreneurial journey and the founding of her pediatric sleep coaching business, Confident Baby, where she supports families in building healthy sleep habits and confidence from the earliest stages of life. Kalee is a certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant through the Institute of Pediatric Sleep & Parenting (IPSP). Kalee graduated from Belmont University with a B.S. in History and a minor in Music Business. She is also a lifelong singer, songwriter, actor, and dancer, and brings a creative, expressive sensibility to her work and community leadership.
