What Is a Juno Circle and How Can It Help Your Career?
Are you standing at a career crossroads? Whether starting a business, stepping into a new role, switching gears, or returning to work, we know how hard it can be to figure out the next steps.
In these seasons, many turn to networking groups. But when our founder, Jackie Cascarano, searched for one, she found barriers—like revenue requirements and a strictly professional focus. That sparked an idea: what if she created a space blending personal connection with professional growth, just for women?
Enter Juno Women’s Collective. We empower high-achieving women to find support, connection, and confidence as they navigate what’s next. At the heart of our Nashville-based collective are Juno Circles—small, intimate groups where members define their goals, gain clarity, and take action.
In today’s blog, we’re exploring the power of community, what a Juno Circle is, and how joining one can support your career journey.
The Power of Women Supporting Women
Women thrive in community—history proves it. But too often, we face career challenges alone: doubting ourselves, battling imposter syndrome, or navigating workplace bias without support.
That’s why we created Juno Women’s Collective—a trusted, diverse network where women uplift themselves and each other.
In Juno Circles, each member is placed in a small group that meets regularly, working through a curriculum designed to foster introspection and inspire growth. These groups focus on topics such as goal setting, overcoming limiting beliefs, imposter syndrome, and a 10x approach to your business dreams—like negotiating a raise, launching a business, or thriving in male-dominated industries.
Through valuable conversations and meaningful support, members build the tools and confidence to move forward.
Juno Circles 101: Our Curriculum
Juno Circles are guided by a curriculum rooted in positive psychology, the science of well-being. Our goal is to help members grow personally and professionally by building strengths like optimism, resilience, and clarity.
Past topics have included:
The Five Dimensions of Human Flourishing
Identifying and Overcoming Limiting Beliefs
Discovering and Leveraging Your Strengths in the Workplace
Why Every Ambitious Woman Needs One
Gender bias and systemic challenges often limit women’s access to high-impact networks. Studies show women—especially mothers—face greater barriers to advancement, yet carry more emotional labor.
To move forward, it helps to be surrounded by others who share and understand these experiences. Juno Circles close that gap by offering connection, mentorship, and actionable support from women who’ve been there.
How Juno Circles Elevate Careers
Whether you’re changing industries, launching a business, or returning to work, your Circle can:
Introduce you to new connections
Offer feedback, resources—even become customers
Help you pitch ideas in a safe, encouraging space
Share job leads and personal referrals

Spark inspiration and clarity for your next step
Just ask Kalee, a Juno member:
